A crew member on a South African Airways plane that crashed into the Indian Ocean said "we are going to die" moments before the jumbo jet slammed into the water, killing all 159 people aboard, a newspaper reported. The Weekend Argus newspaper in Cape Town, quoting informed sources, said that some of the last-minute conversations among the cockpit crew had been tape recorded by air traffic controllers.
