"A tin-pot dictatorship" is what Britain's opposition party is calling Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher after last Friday's court-ordered ban barring the British Broadcasting Corp. from running any programs with information received from past or current British spies. The sweeping court injunction was obtained to bar the BBC from running three radio programs on Britain's intelligence establishment because they contained interviews with intelligence service officers who had taken an oath of secrecy. Ironically, some of them had cleared their interviews beforehand with the intelligence services.
