Florida Atty. Gen. Bob Butterworth filed a request for a temporary injunction in Broward Circuit Court to prevent Theresa Jackson from making money by selling her story to publishers, television or movie producers. Jackson, 40, was convicted Oct. 30 in Fort Lauderdale of three felony charges in connection with the suicide of her 17-year-old daughter, Tina Mancini. The charges included child abuse, forgery and procuring sexual performance by a child. According to prosecutors, Jackson contributed to her daughter's death by making her work as a nude dancer.
