James Schenold, partner in the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse, has been elected president of the World Affairs Council of Orange County, succeeding Arthur Kidman, who has been elected chairman of the council's board of trustees. Also elected to the council board as vice presidents were Giles Brown, Duane Rickard, Vernon Valentine, Herbert Nootbaar, Glen Stillwell and Dorothy Yardley.
