Craig Davenport, 35, has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of Tokos Medical Corp., a Santa Ana company that provides high-technology monitoring and home-care services for complicated pregnancies. Formerly executive vice president, Davenport takes over the position of president from Robert F. Byrnes, Tokos' chairman and chief executive officer. Davenport joined Tokos in May, 1985, after 10 years with American Hospital Supply Corp., Evanston, Ill., where his last position was president of one of the company's divisions.
