Bo Jackson was unable to practice again Thursday because of his sprained right ankle, making the Raider tailback a longshot to start Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns at the Coliseum.
Raiders who can't practice by Thursday, the day the offensive game plan is put in, usually play little or not at all.
"Usually," Coach Tom Flores said. "Not always.
"The swelling is gone and he feels better, but still he's not able to run. Or the trainers don't want him to run."
Jackson is still listed as questionable.
