Lincoln Property Co. said it has relocated the Southern California industrial division of the development company to 17,000 square feet in the Irvine Co.'s Executive Park in Irvine . . . Pacific Peninsula Properties of Torrance bought the 65,000-square-foot Stadium Place office building in Orange from Arnel Development of Newport Beach for $7.5 million. Burke Commercial Real Estate handled the transaction . . . The Alison Co., a Newport Beach mortgage bank, secured a $12.9-million refinancing loan for the Town Center office and retail project in Laguna Niguel.
