The city's code enforcement division, which investigates complaints of violations of city health, safety, building and zoning regulations, has been transferred to the city Fire Department, where it will be supervised by Fire Marshal Dave Carlson.
The division, which formerly was part of the Department of Housing and Community Development, will occupy offices at the Fire Department headquarters, 301 N. 1st St.
