Jewish activist Josef Begun said in Moscow that he will go to court next week, five days before leaving the Soviet Union, to pursue a slander suit against a Soviet TV commentator. Begun received an exit visa last year but postponed his departure pending a hearing on his action against Genrikh Borovik. He alleges that Borovik slandered him by saying he organized a demonstration of refuseniks--those denied the right to emigrate. Begun, who received permission to emigrate after a 16-year battle, said, "I had my visa and was no longer organizing demonstrations."
