Agreement in principle has been reached for the sale of the San Francisco Business Times to Minneapolis-based MCP Inc., Publisher Donald L. Keough announced . . . The Army awarded a four-year, $983.2-million contract to United Technologies Corp.'s Sikorsky Aircraft unit for production of 252 more UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters . . . American Honda Motor Co. said it will raise the price of its Honda division models an average of 2.2%, or $274 per vehicle, and its Acura division models an average of 2.8%, or $544 per vehicle . . . The Federal Reserve reported that the average yield for one-year Treasury bills, the most popular index for making changes in adjustable-rate home mortgages, was unchanged last week at 7.15% . . . Baker Hughes Inc., of Houston, reported that the number of working oil and gas drilling rigs in the United States fell by 19 to 1,102 for the week ended Jan. 8, compared to 916 working rigs one year ago . . . Airbus Industrie expects to deliver 68 of its A300 and A310 wide-bodied jets this year, more than double last year's total of 32, Chief Executive Jean Pierson reported.
