BROOKSVILLE, Ala. — A tanker carrying liquid oxygen ruptured in a collision on an icy road Monday, prompting authorities to evacuate about 200 residents as the leaking gas formed a potentially hazardous cloud. By mid-morning, all but a few of the evacuees were allowed to return home. Officials said one person was injured when the tanker and two food trucks collided.
