Fondue Makes Light Supper

For a light supper or late-evening snack, serve Quick Cheese Fondue: Combine 1 (10 1/2-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup and 1/2 cup beer and heat. Toss 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese with 2 tablespoons flour and teaspoon paprika.

Add to soup mixture, stirring until cheese melts and blends with soup. Serve with bread cubes, vegetable or fruit pieces or canned cocktail frankfurters as dippers. Makes about 2 cups.
