All is forgiven, El Paso, Tex., Latino leaders assured members of Def Leppard on Monday. The British band had been virtually prohibited from performing in the border city since Def Leppard's singer, Joe Elliott, referred to El Paso as "that place with all the greasy Mexicans" in 1983.
