Much less than an eyeful should be displayed in news racks for sexually explicit newspapers in La Canada Flintridge after April 1 when a new ordinance requiring "blinders" to block the lower two-thirds of the front pages takes effect.
Violation of the ordinance approved Tuesday by the City Council could result in a penalty of $1,000 or up to six months in jail.
