Doug Wilson Studios Inc., a La Jolla-based design company marketing sleep wear to department and specialty stores, has announced that because of differences of opinion concerning the timing for moving into the new sportswear line, Steven J. Prato has been relieved as president and chief executive. Doug Wilson, chairman and CEO, will assume responsibility for the day-to-day business activities of the company.
