Security Pacific has selected architect Frederick Fisher to design the initial phase of a lobby art gallery at the bank's new Orange County regional headquarters in Costa Mesa's South Coast Metro Center.
The 12-story building, scheduled for occupancy by the end of this year, will include a fine arts program similar to the one at Security Pacific's Gallery at the Plaza in downtown Los Angeles. That program has been in operation since 1976.
