1 Killed as 2 Trains Collide in E. Germany

EAST BERLIN — One person was killed and several were injured when two East German passenger trains collided Tuesday after one driver failed to see a stop signal, the official ADN news agency reported.

It said both locomotives and four carriages were derailed in the crash, which occurred near Rostock in the north of East Germany.
