M. Thomas Lardner has been named president and chief executive officer of Lehndorff USA Group of Cos.
Lardner, 45, was previously executive vice president and general manager of the Dallas-based real estate investment and management firm. Hans G. Abromeit, a Lehndorff co-founder and its previous president, was named the company's chairman.
Lehndorff owns and manages nearly 2.5 million square feet of retail, industrial and office space in California. More than 1 million square feet of that property is in downtown Los Angeles, including the Wells Fargo Building.
