Northrop Corp. said it sold half its 10% interest in Dutch aircraft builder Fokker NV for an undisclosed price. A Northrop spokesman said the Los Angeles-based company reduced its stake in the troubled commercial jet maker in June after declining to participate in a Fokker share rights offering a month earlier. Northrop spokesman Greg Waskul would not say what the company received for the stocks. Waskul said Northrop sold its shares because it wanted to focus on its core defense business.
