Attorneys for four men arrested during a demonstration against an avowed racist in Glendale are contending that their clients were unfairly singled out for arrest.
At the request of Leonard Weinglass and three other defense attorneys, Glendale Municipal Judge Barbara Lee Burke on Monday postponed a discovery hearing so that she can first view an 81-minute Police Department videotape of the near-riot at the Glendale Holiday Inn on Nov. 22.
