The California Club has formally admitted the first two regular women members in its 101-year history, according to a notice sent to the 1,275 regular members of the elite downtown Los Angeles private club.
The women, who were on the waiting list for several months until vacancies occurred, are E. Camron Cooper, senior vice president and treasurer of the Atlantic Richfield Co., and Linda Hartwick, a partner in Korn/Ferry International, an executive search firm.
