The true advocates of euthanasia do not find the need to explain or justify personal drug use.

Can it be that society is prepared to allow a demented, self-righteous individual to function as a god to the confused and scared sufferer of HIV? We have educated philosophers, brilliant scientists and compassionate, understanding health-care workers who are refining patients' rights and guidelines continuously; let them do their work.
