Ventura County Supervisor Susan Lacey has received an award from three statewide mental health groups for her work on children's mental health issues.
Lacey will be honored tonight at a banquet in Orange County sponsored by the California Council on Mental Health, the California Conference of Local Mental Health Directors and the Organization of Mental Health Advisory Boards.
