Rolling Hills will allocate $7,200 of the federal funds it will receive this fiscal year to the city of Rolling Hills Estates for reconstruction of Palos Verdes Drive North from Crenshaw Boulevard to Sunnyfield Drive.
Rolling Hills, a private and gated community, cannot use the money since the funds may only be spent on public streets. Palos Verdes Drive North in Rolling Hills Estates is a principal access road to Rolling Hills.
