New World Entertainment said Lawrence Kuppin and Harry Evans Sloan, co-chairmen and controlling shareholders, will resign after the purchase of the company is completed by Giancarlo Parretti's Pathe Entertainment. Robert Rehme, co-chairman and chief executive, is to negotiate a new employment agreement with Parretti.
