The recently completed 12-acre Yorba Industrial Center in Chino combines corporate offices and industrial facilities under one roof, reflecting a new direction for industrial parks, according to its developer, Majestic Realty Co.
The $9-million project was designed and built by Commerce Construction Co. Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Majestic Realty Co.
One of the three buildings in the center, a 50,000-square-foot facility, has been leased by Pacific Coast Laminates Inc., at 13971-13991 Yorba Ave.
