Parade Float Fire Kills 22

BOMBAY, India — Twenty-two women and children burned to death and about 60 were injured when a decorated float carrying them in a parade caught fire, police said Saturday. The float exploded in flames when the engine of the truck carrying it caught fire and ignited the fuel tank Friday night.
