Bush Picks Chairman for Superconductivity Panel

WASHINGTON — President Bush on Friday announced his intention to name David W. McCall as chairman of the National Commission on Superconductivity. McCall is director of the Chemical Research Laboratory at AT&T Bell Laboratories.
