June 25, 1989

A $500,000-commitment from the Wells Fargo Foundation will fund a research fellow in real estate finance and economics at the USC School of Business Administration.

In announcing the gift, USC President James H. Zumberge said it will contribute toward the goal of raising $557 million by June, 1990.

USC's program in real estate finance and economics offers courses in all aspects of the real estate industry, including real estate finance, investment and development. The program awards about 100 bachelor's degrees and 30 master of business administration degrees annually.
