A 32-year-old mentally impaired El Cajon man missing for five days was found Saturday after being noticed by some Del Mar residents, sheriff's deputies said.
David Allan Powers, who disappeared from the Del Mar Fair after he wandered away from his mother Tuesday, was found at a Del Mar gas station, deputies said.
