Boston-based CVS Drugs continues its western expansion with the leasing of a 7,000-square-foot facility at 19620 Ventura Blvd. in Tarzana. A total renovation of the property began in May.
The 20-year lease, valued in excess of $6 million, was negotiated for CBS Realcorp, the developer and owner of the property, by Zugsmith's Studio City office. CVS was represented by Will Snyder Commercial Properties Division.
