Costa Mesa-based developer the Hayes Co. has paid more than $14 million to DeVries Brothers Dairy for 155 acres of land in the Riverside County community of Mira Loma.
The existing dairy will remain on the site for six months and then relocate to a parcel in Barstow. Hayes will then split up the parcel and sell it in pieces to other industrial developers.
