Irvine-based developer O'Donnell, Armstrong & Partners Inc. has bought 7.5 acres of land near the intersection of Sorenson and Slauson avenues in Santa Fe Springs and plans to build 151,000 square feet of light-industrial space on the site.
The complex will have seven buildings ranging from 10,700 to 40,000 square feet. Construction is expected to begin this month, with completion scheduled next spring.
