The reasons given for gun possession range widely. The saddest one, though, is given by Vivien Bonzo. She displays a rather low-powered revolver that she has never fired and that is difficult to shoot accurately without regular practice. Yet she lives the fantasy that she will be able to "aim to kill" and fire her gun in the face of an assailant's gun. It is sad because she will be dead, and sad because her death will add statistical grit to those who would take away the rights of responsible gun owners.
