3,000 Evacuated as Leak Pours Gasoline Into Sewers

BETHEL PARK, Pa. — Gasoline from a service station leaked into sewer lines Tuesday, causing authorities to evacuate businesses and up to 3,000 residents. The sewer lines were being flushed with an emulsifier to keep the flash point down, and the gasoline tanks were to be removed.
