WayCon's Bonita Palms, a gated community in Bonita with 11 luxury homes, is celebrating its grand opening this weekend.
The classic, two-level Mediterranean-style homes are situated on view lots on Annie Laurie Lane near Bonnie Brae in San Diego County.
The project, a design of Robert Bowlus of Bowlus, Edinger & Stark, features two floor plans ranging in size from 2,775 to 3,046 square feet. Prices range from $349,000 to $399,900.
Features of the five-bedroom, three-bath homes include ceramic tile entries, marble accented wood-burning fireplaces, coffered ceilings, spacious pantries and oversized spa tubs.
To reach the project, take Bonita Road east to Central Avenue, right to Bonnie Brae onto Annie Laurie Lane. Hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday through Tuesday.
Three furnished models have been completed for the grand opening this weekend of the new residential community of Palm Crest.
The new Lewis Homes townhouse development is located at the intersection of Rosecrans and Lemoli avenues in Hawthorne. It consists of 114 units with 2 or 3 bedrooms, ranging in size from 1,166 to 1,589 square feet, as well as spacious balconies and two-car garages.
The units, 32 of which have been reserved, are priced from $192,950 to $231,950. An anticipated $100 homeowners' monthly fee will be set for maintenance of common areas that include a swimming pool and spa.
Laguna Niguel Preview
Three Laguna Niguel projects built by S&S Construction Co. are previewing model homes.
Village Niguel Gardens, a gated condominium community, 28 of 313 units, offers four two-story plans with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Units are priced from $219,500 to $295,000. They include attached garages and one and two fireplaces. A recreation center at the site includes a pool and spa.
Laguna Crest Homes, 42 of 138 1-2-story detached residences, have five floor plans with up to 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Prices range from $269,500 to $389,500.
Both projects can be reached from the La Paz Road exit of Interstate 5.
Laguna Crest Estates 36 of 102 detached homes, with five floor plans, have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. They have two- or three-car garages, two or three fireplaces and range in price from $360,500 to $470,500. Reached from Crown Valley Parkway exit of Interstate 5.
The developments are part of S&S's 1,200-acre Country Village master-planned community. All models are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
