A man has been indicted on a federal charge of gross vehicular manslaughter while drunk as the result of a fatal traffic accident in Yosemite National Park. John Rodney Mauldin also was charged with felony drunk driving in connection with the Oct. 5 death of Thomas Turner Elkins.
