I had the good fortune to walk the Creative Artists Agency job just prior to completion. Peck/Jones Construction has done over $100 million of work for me and it just seemed that Mr. Whiteson didn't give real credit where it is justly due.
Between managing developer Bill McGregor and the Peck/Jones people rests the monumental task of filtering egos over budget challenges (if there is a budget), long lead items, late subs, irrational owners and excesses of the architect. I think they did a remarkable job. The finish work is superb and the lack of blood spread on the job means that all the principal players still talk to each other.
