BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Keith Millard, the NFL's defensive player of the year, was charged with drunk driving Monday, the 12th such incident involving Minnesota Viking players in the past four years.
Bloomington Police Sgt. Frank Heino said Millard was arrested at 12:51 a.m. when his vehicle was stopped near a residential neighborhood in a 40 m.p.h. traffic zone. Heino said Millard was charged with speeding and drunk driving. It was the second time in a year Millard was arrested on a charge of drunk driving.
