Lost Art Found: Miami police have recovered 57 pieces of Ecuadorean art missing since 1988 from the attic of a cafeteria owner who allegedly paid $400 for the art. The 49 paintings and eight sculptures, valued at more than $200,000, were taken by two men who stole a delivery van containing the artwork. Unaware of the value, the thieves took the art to Alberto Bello, who allegedly bought the collection for $400. The paintings, including pieces by one of Ecuador's most popular artists, Guayasamin, were in good condition, but most of the eight statues were broken.
