Show to Document Mandela Tour: "South Africa Now," a scrappy little television show denounced and denied visas by South Africa's white-minority government, has the inside track on Nelson Mandela's North American visit. The anti-apartheid program, which is seen on KCET Channel 28 on Sundays at 9 a.m., has been tapped to produce the official documentary of Mandela's American tour, which begins Wednesday in New York.
