On Aug. 22, Nina Semizorova and Yuri Vasyuchenko will appear in the same roles, and on Aug. 23, Ludmila Semenyaka and Alexei Fadeyechev will star. All performances begin at 8 p.m.

Following those three performances, the Bolshoi will present its only California staging of "Giselle," in four weekend performances. On Aug. 24 at 8 p.m., the role of Giselle will be danced by Nina Semizorova, and Alexander Vetrov will be Count Albrecht. The performance will be repeated Aug. 25 at 2 p.m. with Nina Ananiashvili and Alexi Fadeyechev, and at 8 p.m with Alla Mikhalchenko and Yuri Vasyuchenko.

Nina Semizorova and Mark Peretokin will play the roles Aug. 26 at 3 p.m.

All performances will be danced to a live orchestra.
