An outdoor festival will be held in Huntington Harbour today to help raise money to rebuild the city pier.
The "Pier Fiesta," featuring mariachi bands, dancers, rides and games, is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the south parking lot of the Peter's Landing shopping center. Admission is $5, with proceeds benefiting the city's pier project fund. Children under 12 will be admitted free.
