County supervisors on Tuesday voted to study construction of a double-deck parking structure over the Hollywood Freeway in downtown Los Angeles, just west of the proposed "West Coast Gateway."
In approving the $350,000 study, supervisors said that construction of the parking lot over the freeway between Grand Avenue and Hill Street would free up a county parking lot for development of a high-rise office.
