2 Chicago Officers Charged With Burglary, Misconduct

CHICAGO — Two police officers allegedly videotaped stealing from a restaurant's cash register are under indictment on charges of burglary and official misconduct. A police spokeswoman said Foster District patrolmen Dennis DeBoer and James Schwartz were indicted Friday and suspended without pay.
