Veterans Day

November 10, 1990

Sunday marks the celebration of Veterans Day, formerly called "Armistice Day." The official observance of the holiday will be on Monday, and the following will closed: All government offices, courts, banks, post offices, libraries, schools and many businesses. The following will be open or in operation: The Los Angeles Law Library and the Federal ReserveBank. RTD buses will follow regular schedules with slightly fewer buses.
