Here are virtually final unofficial results for the Santa Monica City Council election and for Proposition W, the only ballot measure on which the outcome was in doubt. As of Wednesday, all but four absentee ballots had been counted. The City Clerk is scheduled to certifiy the election results on Tuesday. Winners, when determined, in bold type. Holbrook: 13,973 Kelly Olsen: 12,879 Christine Reed *: 12,505 Donna Alvarez: 12,191 Sharon Gilpin: 9,912 Kathleen Schwallie: 6,603 Jean Gebman: 2,579 Larry Jon Hobbs: 2,571 PROPOSITION W (Tenants' rent control measure) Vote (%) Yes: 15,639 (49.6%) No: 15,905 (50.4%)

Here are the final unofficial from the County Registrar-Recorder on the election for the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education. The County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to certify election results on Tuesday.
