Ralph 'Mac' McKinzie, Ronald Reagan's football coach at Eureka College in Illinois, died at age 96. McKinzie coached for nearly 35 years at Eureka College, Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, and at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb.
