City employees who were surveying reservoirs recently found damage in a retaining wall at the 4.7-million-gallon Rawlings Reservoir.
The wall has moved away from the reservoir structure sometime in the past few weeks and the city staff is in the process of finding a consultant to study why the damage occurred and to redesign the wall, said Bob Ledendecker, Tustin's director of public works.
