The realtor industry as a whole should be running full-page newspaper ads and television spots pumping up enthusiasm--low mortgage rates, great prices. Now's the time to deal!
Really, they should learn from car salespeople--have they cut back on advertising just because we're in a recession? Of course not--they're out there hawking away.
